Dr. Robert Blanchard Fischer graduated from Wheaton College in 1942 with a B.S. in Chemistry. He is Provost Emeritus, Senior Vice President and Distinguished Professor at Biola University.  He lives in Fullerton, CA with his wife, Mary.
